InTempo Musique is a Quebec-based artist management and consulting company for independent musicians, founded in 2016 by Jacynthe Plamondon-Émond. In 2017, the company also established its own independent label structure. Its model focuses on production support, strategic development, and promotion for emerging and established artists. InTempo Musique also works with small businesses and offers consulting services in digital promotion, funding strategies, and discoverability.
In 2021, InTempo launched a new division, Hook Publishing, dedicated to supporting its artists’ publishing activities, from administration and digital promotional pitching to television and film synchronization.
InTempo Musique plays an active role in the development of Quebec’s music scene by supporting original projects and encouraging the dissemination of works that reflect the province’s cultural richness.

Jacynthe Plamondon-Émond
President & CEO
A graduate in film studies, Jacynthe Plamondon-Émond began her career in music video production before quickly transitioning into the music industry. She first worked with the Ensemble Amati and later spent 15 years as Director of Operations at Disques Passeport, working with artists such as Gildor Roy and Kaïn.
In August 2016, she founded InTempo Musique. She works as a manager and consultant for independent artists including Ian Kelly, Gaële, and Alexandre Poulin, as well as for companies and organizations in the music sector such as Sunset Hill Music, Bleu Cardinal, DLP Musik, Productions G-COUT, Métamusique, and Quebec’s Ministry of Culture and Communications.
She is also co-founder of the non-profit digital distributor Distribution Amplitude and serves on the boards of SOPROQ, Métamusique, and Distribution Amplitude.
Publishing Manager & Sync Agent
Trained as a musician, Sarah Paradis-Morasse also holds a degree in Arts and Literature with a specialization in theatre. She combined both disciplines by co-founding the musical theatre company Wimbo Théâtre, performing on stage throughout Quebec and France.
She later collaborated with several artists and bands as a musician, including The Wildwood Family, Claudelle, and David Jobin, while also working in coordination and booking for projects such as Les Guerres d’l’amour, The Wildwood Family, and David Jobin.
In 2014, she joined the band Lakes of Canada, performing at numerous events and festivals across Canada. She is also co-host of the podcast Dans Loge, which features emerging artists discussing Quebec’s music industry.
Marie Savoie-Levac
Funding & Project Management Coordinator
Marie Savoie-Levac has been working as a professional musician for over 15 years. Primarily active with the band Rosier, she combines her roles as bassist and tour manager, having toured in more than 15 countries across North America, Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Africa. Through these international touring experiences, she has developed strong expertise in tour logistics, production coordination, and the operational realities of independent artists on both local and international markets.
Alongside her performing career, she worked for over 10 years as a project manager and funding coordinator at the artist management company Direction d’artistes Fleming, where she developed extensive expertise in artist management and production.
